Shamindra is a keen entrepreneur and is the task master and driving force of his team. He not only facilitates business but involves himself in the execution. He is an Engineer by education. He set foot in the construction business at an early age and since then has went on to construct 3lac sq.ft of space. His best qualities are his honesty and straight forwardness. Mr. Deshpande is an entrepreneur and real estate developer based in Orlando, Florida, USA, with forty years’ experience in commercial, industrial, and residential development and construction. He brings to the company in his years of experience in construction. He is a one of the main investors and mentor. From 1972 he has been involved in a wide range of commercial and industrial projects including a hospital and hotel, office buildings, institutional buildings, prisons, and industrial plants. He served as a project manager in the construction of the Orlando International Airport.
Moushumi has completed her Masters in Personnel Mang. She gets her human resourcing and managerial experience from the IT sector to the company. She also handles the marketing strategies for the company. She is a keen communicator, an avid organizer and has a creative eye towards architectural designs, interiors and layout planning.
Nagarkar Developers has its priorities set right. For the re-development of our bungalow, we are very happy that we choose them over numerous branded or advertised developers. In the initial phase of development there were certain clearances needed, although Shamindra Nagarkar made sure every aspect was legally done right, with timely possession of my house. Their personal touch and yet professional approach is laudable
We bought our new house with Nagarkar Developrs in Banner in Tivona apartments, we are happy to say that the quality of construction was as we desired. We also did not face any issues with our agreement. The legal procedures, society formation and handover was such a smooth process. Overall a very good experience.
